About
The body is the vehicle.
With 30 years of experience as a sports therapist working across elite sport, corporate health and private practice, I have lived and breathed performance my entire business life. Alongside becoming a 3x British Champion powerlifter, my work has always centred on one question: what does the body need in order to do what matters most?

The practice
Built in the trenches, not from a textbook.
In 2014, I founded Active Potential Therapy Ltd and led it for 10 years, building a team of nine therapists delivering sports therapy, osteopathy, massage and yoga.
During that time my work evolved from treatment-led practice to performance and strength-led development. I didn't move away from therapy; I followed the question that kept appearing in my most interesting cases: how do we build a body that does not just recover, but expands?
Who I have worked with
- GB Olympic Skeleton Talent Squad (2014–2018), supporting athletes preparing for PyeongChang
- New Zealand Silver Ferns Netball Team (2014, pre-Commonwealth Games)
- GB Triathletes
- Corporate organisations including Dyson, Wincanton Logistics, Bechtle UK and Environ
- A broad private client base ranging from rehabilitation to performance
Credentials
My coaching foundation comes from British Powerlifting Level 1 Strength, followed by becoming a 3x British Champion Powerlifter (2022/23) and British Record Holder for Bench Press (2022).
I studied nutrition at MAC Nutrition University with Martin MacDonald, further strengthening the integration of nutrition, strength training and modern pain science within my framework.
The result is not a collection of certificates. It is a way of seeing the whole person: training, nutrition, recovery, hormones, pain and ambition, audited as one system.
Now
Coaching women at the top of their field.
I now support women at the top of their field to build strength, resilience and long-term physical independence through structured, evidence-led training and unwavering self-trust.
I have delivered talks and projects for Dyson at their site in Wiltshire, and I look to expand this work as more women recognise their body is the vehicle that will drive the impact they are here for.

If your body is the vehicle, the question is simple: is it built for where you are going?
